Talent Systems Manager

Things you should know about working as a Talent Systems Manager:

The Talent Systems Manager is responsible for collaborating and aligning with various internal stakeholders such as Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Information Technology, and end-users to support the implementation and daily operations of the Talent Systems. This includes the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding modules, as well as 3rd party integrated technologies. The role will act as the subject matter expert for all aspects supporting these systems including but not limited to daily end-to-end execution of core Talent Acquisition functions within the SuccessFactors environment. 

 

What would success look like?

  • Provide subject matter expertise in the SuccessFactors recruiting environment
  • Research, recommend and implement process improvement strategies to shorten recruiting lifecycle
  • Maintain current automated process for requisition dispatching in SuccessFactors Recruiting
  • Work with ISS to continuously improve automated processes for requisition completion
  • Maintain and enhance system library of documents and communications (job descriptions, offer letters, email templates, systems notifications, etc.)
  • Create, manipulate and distribute reports critical to the business operation
  • Process requisition requests not dispatched by automation through SuccessFactors Recruiting
  • Assist with review and testing of quarterly enhancements for Recruiting Management
  • Provide subject matter expertise in SuccessFactors recruitment marketing
  • Monitor, review and make business recommendations based on Advanced Analytics data
  • Create and maintain email campaign templates
  • Create, edit and maintain Data Capture forms
  • Manage, with input, externally facing career site
  • Subject matter expert for design, testing and implementation of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0
  • Work with business leaders to define best in class onboarding, cross boarding, and offboarding experience for all Coca-Cola Consolidated teammates
  • Manage and maintain custom content and materials within onboarding module
  • Research, recommend and implement process improvements for onboarding to shorten recruiting lifecycle
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, including timely response to communications (email, voicemail), update projects/task list, and adhere to the production change management process and timely attendance in meetings
  • Collaborate with IT and HR support to ensure all systems are communicating correctly for data integrity purposes
  • Support in training the users on systems and processes, including but not limited to creation of job aids, training decks and train-the-trainer session

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 3+ years of Recruiting and/or talent systems experience required, experience with SuccessFactors preferred
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities; proven experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and using judgment and initiative in problem resolution
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills and professionalism
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Must be a self-starter who displays excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively execute using a collaborative approach
  • Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with an experienced understanding of learning and development
  • Proven track record of placing the customer first and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Experience in roles requiring the ability to work independently and work collaboratively as a member of the team
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
  • Experience with compiling source data, creating detailed reports and performing trend analyses based on data captured
