We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the Ohio market unit!


What you should know about working as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner:

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) is responsible for achieving field staffing objectives by proactively sourcing, recruiting and evaluating job candidates within the Indiana market unit. The TABP will focus on developing solid relationships with various hiring managers, mid-level managers, as well as candidates. This position will report to the Director of Organizational Capability and will have no direct reports.


What would success look like?

  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing customer and candidate expectations, creating offer letters through to onboarding
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand quarterly and seasonal staffing needs based on hiring and turnover trends
  • Create and post recruitment advertisements with local organizations as well as various online mediums
  • Develop community relationships within their assigned territory to cultivate future candidate pipelines
  • Understand the territories competitive landscape and develop grassroots recruiting strategies to support business needs
  • Manage relationship with RPO Client Facing Recruiter and ensure Hiring Manager expectations are met
  • Track and report status updates, key recruiting metrics and results to Hiring Managers and Mid-Level Managers on a regular basis
  • Partner with Human Resources Business Partner to ensure recruiting strategies align with succession plans
  • Fully leverage technology for optimal candidate relationship management utilizing campaign management, talent networks, ATS database and job boards to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline
  • Travel to territory facilities on a regular basis to continuously build the Hiring Manager-TA partnership  


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years full cycle recruiting experience in a high volume & fast paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Strong detail orientation, follow up and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Field recruiting experience is strongly preferred (includes: manufacturing, logistics, sales and distribution)
  • Experience with Taleo Business Edition/Success Factors (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Ability to work independently, enthusiastically, and creatively with limited supervision
  • Ability to accurately assess candidate skill set, motivation as well as job and company fit
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and candidates
  • Displays a confident and mature disposition
