Things you should know about working as a Sr. Director, Enterprise Security:

The Senior Director, Enterprise Security is responsible for formulating and executing an enterprise-wide security strategy to include, but not limited to, compliance with security policies, protocols, activities and systems for protection of the Company’s employees, customers, and assets.  This position is also responsible for managing the department’s annual budget and leading a team of security professionals. 


What would success look like?
• Oversees all financial aspects of security (CAPX, OPEX, etc.)
• Directs and leads team of security professionals whose responsibilities may include investigating all security/loss prevention matters related to the operations.
• Formulates and executes security strategies, protocols and activities for CCCI Operations and Assets (Plants, Branches, Call Center and RCS Field Locations).
• Assesses security needs, secures security services for the company, and recommends and provides direction for security (including fire monitoring) budgets for the company by working with the Director, Security Administration.
• Develops and implements risk assessments to evaluate plant, warehouse and field office facilities to mitigate security exposures.
• Develops and updates annual plans for security training (Fraud/Workplace Violence) and preventative safety programs for managers and employees located in all locations.
• Designs and oversees implementation of secure security requirements for Company and Customer related events as designated and requested including events and Labor / BCP plan execution.
• Provides confidential security/protective services as required by senior executive management and conducts high-level complex confidential investigations, as needed.
• Manages and maintains effective professional relationships with third party service providers including, but not limited to, security companies (electronic, guard services).
• Directs response to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or property.
• Maintains and stewards SQF (Safe Quality Food-Standards) and Food Defense Program for Plant and Warehouse locations in partnership with CCCI Security Administration and Risk / Safety /Quality groups.
• Maintains on-going relationships within the Coca-Cola System (TCCC/CCNA/Other U.S. Bottlers) in partnership with head of Risk Management, Quality, Security and Safety.
• Develops and maintains on-going relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies in our territory locations.
• Maintains administrative responsibility for Security Operations department employees and department budgets and budget forecasts.


Minimum Qualifications
• 5 or more years of relevant enterprise security work experience
• Knowledge of financial and business acumen to support work at all levels of the organization
• Proven experience understanding and executing complicated contractual agreements
• Previous experience identifying trends in exposure and financial information to develop a security risk profile for the organization
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, including but not limited to Legal, Risk Management, Internal Audit and other functions to evolve to an Enterprise Risk Management framework
• Experience maintaining effective communications, financial controls and planning with business partners and vendors 
• Experienced in reporting, investigating, analyzing and advising


Preferred Qualifications
• BA degree in Public Safety, Police Science, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement or related field.
• Knowledge of Quality Food and Beverage Defense Background
• Ability to analyze data to correlate data to support the security investigation and initiatives 
• Ability to multi-task performance and decision-making responsibilities
• Ability to lead and motivate, teach, and train management and employees
• Ability to develop strategies with “One Team” in mind through the development of leaders and security standards across the entire company
