Things you should know about working as a Sr. Commercialization Manager, Dispensed Beverages:

The Sr. Commercialization Manager, Dispensed Beverages will lead in the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategic plans that drive profitable, long term share growth in alignment with our companies “10 in 10” strategy. The Sr. Commercialization Manager, Dispensed Beverages will be responsible for total ownership in identifying new and emerging growth categories as well as creating/publishing detailed commercialization plans that drive strategic and operational effectiveness. He/she will leverage consumer, shopper and channel insights to create a channel-specific commercialization strategy for both Brewed and Fountain beverage opportunities in all channels of our business. The Sr. Commercialization Manager, Dispensed Beverages will segment their strategies into sectors designed to accomplish key company objectives including share growth and revenue maximization.


What would success look like?

  • Act as change agent to influence field & decision makers in deploying game changing commercialization plans by developing the business case and plans while gaining alignment from various functions and key stakeholders.
  • Influence key stakeholders in the business through well-articulated, innovative plans backed up with metric driven value statements that clearly define the objective, strategies and supporting tactics of the respective emerging category plans.
  • Interact and collaborate internally with Field Execution Marketing Manager, CCNA, MUVP’s, FSOP VP, Customer VP, Directors, Product Supply Team, Marketing Managers & Director’s, PRGM, Category Advisory, Trade Team & Customer Care Center.
  • In collaboration with the Sales Analytics team, monitor performance and execution results of dispensed beverage plans. Utilize data to make recommendations for future programming efforts.
  • Knowledge of brand strategies and application across all channels (Large Store, Small Store & FSOP), key consumption occasions, shopper messaging and knowledge of how to activate the dispensed beverage plan within the identified customer base.



  • 5+ years’ experience with beverages or consumer package goods company 
  • Capability in LOS, RED, Margin Minder, Commercial Planning and Category Management
  • Experience leading large scale projects and implementations
  • Must be detail oriented and show the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Computer skills including strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
