REFRESH your career by joining our exceptional Security team! Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (CCBCC), the largest independent bottler in the US, is looking for a Sr Manager Corporate Security! 


To protect our employees, business operations and company assets from acts of violence, fraud, contamination,  extortion and theft. To protect the integrity of the consumer franchise and the Coca-Cola brand from external threats. Consult and give direction to Human Resources, Sales, Warehousing, Logistics, Risk, and other corporate departments and executives. Based in Nashville, TN with responsibility for TN, ARK, and KY.


What would success look like?

  • Use leadership/communication skills to manage and give direction to all direct reports
  • Design and manage programs and policies to assist Enterprise in reduction of theft vulnerabilities.
  • Responsible for the investigations of incidents of internal/external fraud, theft, and malicious business activity associated with the company and its employees
  • Manage the successful resolution of incidents of threatened extortion, workplace violence and product tampering
  • Participates in conflict resolution stemming from employee threats or intimidation


  • Conducts training for managers and employees concerning fraud detection, crime prevention and theft audits
  • Coordinate with division and group managers to prepare and initiate field audits for full service vending and route delivery personnel
  • Manage a case load of complex investigative matters.  Investigations that frequently require rescheduling of planned business activities to facilitate expedicious handling. 
  • Senior Security Manager must be adpatable and logical to handle a wide varity of interrogatory in challenging security interviews.
  • Senior Security Manager must be able to prepare logical and factual written reports.
  • Maintain partnerships/relationships with government agencies and the Coca-Cola system    
  • Oversees responsibilities of Sr. Director of Corporate Security in his absence


  • Must have the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff if salaried, hourly and PT team including 3P providers.
  • Proactive communication skills both oral and written
  • Professional manner always
  • Experience dealing with Senior Level executives a plus
  • Prioritization – Ability to manage long term and short-term initiatives and effectively prioritize multiple and evolving events/projects/activities
  • Must be detail oriented and be able to document continuous improvement areas of opportunity
  • Possess critical thinking and creative skills to solve issues and improve operations
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness in varying environments – be flexible to changes
  • Possess ability to analyze and identify high cost areas and explore alternative methods of doing business
  • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Organizational Awareness – Perceiving the impact and implications of decisions on various components of organization
  • Proficient in all of Microsoft Office and CCBCC software applications
  • 4 year degree with law enforcement and corporate security experience
