Red Classic - Central Repair Order Processor and Service Writer

The Central Repair Order Processor and Service Writer is responsible for the daily review  (Technical Accuracy) and processing of Asset Repair Orders in a manner that meets / exceeds our company standard and ultimately generates Revenue for the Red Classic Maintenance Group.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the daily review (Technical Accuracy) and processing of Outside Service Provider invoices into TMT to ensure all appropriate costs are correctly assigned to each asset and Revenue is generated for the Red Classic Maintenance Group.
  • Oversee RCT disposal process to insure SOP is followed and assets are moved out of the system in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for processing service estimate requests from RCT management and technicians for Red Classic Maintenance Group operating Areas.
  • General understanding of the Maintenance process, specific job codes and standard repairs times is essential to successfully complete the tasks related to this position.
  • Detailed understanding of RCT’s Maintenance software (TMT) is essential to successfully complete the tasks related to this position.
  • Ensure all Repair Orders completed by Red Classic Technicians (RCT, CCBCC, External Customers & Owner Operators) are reviewed for accuracy and closed daily. Position is responsible for Repair Order accuracy review and Customer Invoicing for Red Classic Operating Areas generating over $22,000,000 in Revenue annually.
  • Responsible for oversight of our asset disposal process to ensure that the process is followed as documented in our RCT standard operating process (SOP) and velocity of monthly asset disposals meets / exceeds the goals set by our Head of New Business Development.
  • Responsible for reviewing (Technical Accuracy) all Outside Service Provider invoices for Red Classic Maintenance Group Operating Areas and entering these invoices into TMT so these services can be accounted for and charged out daily. External invoices will be entered into TMT once the work week has been completed and invoiced. If any invoice is not received within five (5) business days the specific Vendor should be called to obtain the invoice in a timely manner.                   
  • Will cover all work duties for other Central RO Processor(s) when absent.
  • Responsible for timely completion of service estimates that are requested from in house technicians. Ensure all technicians are following SOP (i.e. technicians must email all requests).
  • Responsible for any miscellaneous duties assigned outside of job position general description and / or requested by department manager.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Successful TMT software experience 
  • Technical Maintenance background (experienced Technician or  Perfered 10+ years of technical maintenance experience utilizing TMT software)
  • Computer proficiency
