CCC Tech Services Customer Service Representative

Things you should know about working as a CCC Tech Services Customer Service Representative:

 

To provide CCBCC customers with a single point of contact that is responsive, accurate, and sensitive to the customers’ expectations and request, to optimize the customers up time and satisfaction. Enthusiastically support the service goals established by the Company.

 

 

What would success look like?

  • Acts as the main point of contact for internal and external customers of CCBCC
  • Accepts a daily average of 150-200 incoming calls from throughout the CCBCC franchise area
  • Effectively communicates with the customers and probe for pertinent information to determine the course of action to take to resolve the customers problem
  • Ensures that all account, contact information, and request reasons has been entered accurately and verified before submitting the request
  • Acts as backup to the CCC Tech Services Dispatcher when business need requires additional resources
  • Participates in all cross-functional training to develop process improvements within the Customer Care Center
  • All other duties assigned within the Customer Care Center

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 6 Months customer service experience (preferably in a Call Center environment)
  • A candidate must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The candidate must be customer oriented with the drive to serve
  • Excellent prioritizing, organizational, planning & decision-making skills are required
  • Ability to document in complete detail, organize and summarize data
  • Strong/Positive Role Model to the Department and Organization

 

Preferred

  • SAP Knowledge (preferred)
