Things you should know about working as an On-Premise Sales Representative:


The On-Premise Sales Representative (OPSR) II should work to maximize all beverage opportunities within a portfolio of key accounts providing leadership as a beverage expert to those specific accounts.  An OPSR II's goal is to manage and maximize the profitability for both the customer and Coca-Cola Consolidated.  On Premise account opportunities include but are not limited to: bottle/can/premix/postmix/cups/lips packages and CO2 customers.  Representatives should be focused on maximizing opportunities within their key account base to develop a robust portfolio of Coca Cola brands.


What would success look like?


        • Maximize every beverage opportunity within their key account portfolio

        • Initiate key Look of Success opportunities as defined by Coca Cola

        • Sell all available products to their key account base

        • Manage and recommend ways to maximize a customer's profit opportunity

        • Develop, collaborate, and manage an active call plan

        • Provide leadership to customers that are not buying or have seen changes in purchase patterns

        • Recognize the top business opportunities within their key accounts

        • Proper Time management

        • Build Base business relationships

        • Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports

        • Demonstrate leadership qualities and development skills key to continuous learning

        • Collaborate with team members in support functions key to driving On-Premise results

        • Continue to develop and enhance professional knowledge of the business

        • Engage in local events, business functions, and social groups to help develop opportunity

        • Represent the Coca Cola brand in a professional and 1st class manner




        • Valid Driver's License

        • Working knowledge of multiple software applications

        • Oral and written communication skills

        • Strong Relationship Building Skills




        • Bachelor's (or 4 year) Degree, preferred
