Things you should know about working as a Manager HR Data and Process:

The HR Data and Process Manager will represent Coke Consolidated in all HR master data design/execution strategies.  The HR Data and Process Manager will collaborate with other functions to ensure the HR Data is structured and delivered in a way that maximizes automated functionality while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee data.  The HR Data and Process Manager will ensure master data best practices and data standards are followed and will drive Continuous Improvement efforts for the department.  The HR Data and Process Manager will be the gatekeeper of HR data and will be responsible for developing dashboards to deliver HR data to the organization driving improved business decisions.  The HR Data and Process Manager will be responsible for leading the HR Ops Data team to develop personnel to their fullest potential. 

 

What would success look like?

SAP HR Master Data Design & Execution

  • Serve, lead, and develop the HR Data team in a manner consistent with our Purpose allowing each team member to grow their career to their fullest potential
  • Based on SAP experience and Master data best practice guidelines, provide proven insight and direction around how the SAP system should be designed and utilized (i.e. the authorized PM/OM determination tables)
  • Establish Master Data best practices guidelines for MDM processes (i.e. the difference between core master data, departmental master data, and reporting master data, who should maintain what data and how data integrates between systems)
  • Propose, educate, and influence the MDM teams and the overall organization around the value of HR master data principles, master data standards/designs, usage, and downstream operational impacts
  • Collaborate with other departments to create visual process flows identifying the MDM owned processes and the processes that utilize master data
  • Lead the creation of procedure documents to ensure MDM maintenance processes support/enforce the design
  • Track all requirements from definition to implementation, including deployment planning, to ensure business value is realized
  • Work with key leaders to influence master data strategy/design decisions to drive overall improvement of HR processes and data integrity
  • Master Data Maintenance Efficiencies, Quality and Governance
  • Develop and implement policies and standards related to Master data including all HR data standards
  • Establish quality control processes and provides guidance/support to the maintenance organization in executing the processes/reporting
  • Identify ways to gain efficiencies between SAP OM/PM and other systems that require HR master data to ensure data security and employee privacy is maintained
  • Drive MDM initiatives within the HR department (i.e. data conversion/clean up projects)

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Understanding of the SAP data structures, fields, and how to best utilize the master data solution - covers Org Management and Personnel Management modules of SAP
  • SAP master data design project experience
  • Master data maintenance experience including quality control monitoring
  • Master data governance experience
  • Project management experience
  • Self-motivating, assertive, strong desire for learning
  • Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization, based on proven execution resulting in confidence
  • Strong written, communication, facilitation, and presenting skills; to and/or for all levels of audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and influencing abilities
  • Coke system experience a plus
  • SQL knowledge, SAP OM/PM, Spinifex, HANA or Azure and Tableau experience or experience with similar systems is required
  • 5+ years of proven SAP Master Data Management design/implementation experience with material, customer, and vendor
  • 2+ years SAP functional experience in master data maintenance
  • Experience with data standardization and cleansing within the context of a Business Transformation projects
  • Experience in leading Master Data Strategy and Governance in an SAP environment.
  • Prior managerial/supervisory experience
