Position reports to Equipment Service (ESQ) Dispatch Manager and is responsible for leading and directing assigned EQS Dispatching Team to meet or exceed targeted goals in; Dispatch reactive service calls.   In addition, the position is a contact point to the field sales branches in coordinating opportunities and resolution of issues relating service. The EQS Supervisor tracks Team and individual performance to ensure goals are achieved on a daily basis and works with Management team to develop a plan of correction when needed.

 

What would success look like?

 

  • Manage business process for Reactive Dispatch
  • Accountable for continued progress in Team and self- development
  • Provide input to management on potential problem areas from reviewing reports
  • Identify and communicate performance trend analysis for individual, team and center
  • Coordinate action plans to capture customer opportunities and improve performance
  • Serve on Management Team on various projects and input for continued improvement
  • Daily review of management reports and performance tracking using scorecard methods
  • Make primary decisions on staffing, assignments, and works with Human Resources as needed
  • Manage workload among Team and coordinates assistance to other functional teams as needed
  • Manage assigned EQS Dispatchers and Specialists to meet /exceed reactive service level agreement
  • May always cover alternate shifts assignments to ensure proper leadership in the center
  • Works closely with internal and external teams to increase our customer portfolio & “eliminate the churn” of existing customers to competitors because of ineffective EQS processes
  • Proactively work to provide coaching to Dispatching teams that will enhance the equipment service experience & thereby ensuring a long-term relationship with customers for CCBCC

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • High School Diploma
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple issues under stressful conditions
  • Previous supervisory / personnel management experience
  • Open to minimal travel within CCBCC’s territory for training
  • Availability to work some nights, holidays and weekends
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to teach and coach others for optimal performance
  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Ability to communicate to group in meetings and by formal presentation
  • Ability to engage management, decision makers and influencers at any level
  • Ability to foster collaborations across various departments and levels of engagement
  • Proven leadership / management skills with successful track record of performance with direct reports
  • Superior time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
