Customer Care Center Business Analyst

Things you should know about working as a Customer Care Center Business Analyst:

The Customer Care Center Business Analyst will play a critical role in providing analytical support for functions essential to sales productivity and efficiencies.  This includes planning, reporting, quota and key metric setting and management, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, management of sales activity and data processes, and working with business and technology concerns to maximize the bottom line. The position will collaborate with and support all levels of management, including Senior Leadership roles in the Center of Support as well as Sales and Marketing and internal/external stakeholders of performance results.

 

What would success look like?

  • Analyze business trends to develop business growth strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to deliver accurate results and reporting, enabling leadership to make effective, strategic operating decisions.
  • Configure, update, and analyze Sales Reports and Activity Logs from various systems to optimize execution.
  • Create, review and distribute routine and recurring reports to the respective Sales team and others, as directed by Senior Leadership.
  • Analyze customer data and segment performance; identify levers to drive Volume and DNGSP growth and optimize operational expense.
  • Focus on process and continuous improvement for core projects through automation and process enhancement.
  • Drive greater efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams, provide insights to the CCC and Field through analysis of sales activities.
  • Identify and analyze informational and functional requirements.
  • SME for the databases, applications and associated tools to perform job effectively; share best practices for how to create, manipulate, analyze and communicate data from these resources, as needed
  • Complete special and ad-hoc project requests as needed, or as provided by the Sr. Sales Manager, Sr. Director or Sr. Vice President of Center of Support.   

 

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst position or similar Analyst role
  • Proven expertise with MS Excel and PowerPivot, MS Sharepoint, MS Word, MS PowerPoint;
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to perform data analysis and manipulation using various software programs.
  • Demonstrates effective verbal, and written communication skills; natural ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Superior ability to collaborate with various business areas and teammates to develop reporting requirements and successfully engage to support multiple initiatives/projects with varying complexities, simultaneously.
  • Margin Minder and SQL a distinguishing plus.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills; ability to stay current on technological trends, developments and best practices.
  • Superior time management skills; self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and ability to complete tasks accurately with minimal direction or oversight.
  • Highly flexible; ability to change priorities quickly with capacity to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to accurately capture operational and end user documentation.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills are required.
  • Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement and commitments; exceptional ability to engage management, decision makers and influencers at any level.
  • Open to travel within CCCI territory for Training.
